How do I create my first event?

Go to Dashboard → select your organization → Events → New Event. Fill in the event details, set up ticket types, and publish.

How do I accept payments for tickets?

Connect your Stripe account in Organization Settings → Billing. Once connected, paid ticket types will be enabled for your events.

Can I offer free tickets?

Yes. Toggle the 'Free Event' option when creating or editing an event. Attendees can claim tickets without a payment.

How does QR code scanning work?

Open Dashboard → Scanner. Point your device camera at the attendee's ticket QR code. The system validates the ticket in real time.

How do I invite staff members?

Go to Dashboard → Staff → Add Staff. Enter their email and assign a role. They will receive a magic-link invitation.

Can I use a custom domain?

Yes. Add your custom domain in Organization Settings → Domain. Follow the DNS setup instructions shown there.

How do coupons and discounts work?

Create coupons in Dashboard → Coupons. Set a discount percentage and optionally restrict it to specific ticket types.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Subscription → Manage Subscription. You can downgrade or cancel at any time from there.
