By accessing and using EventWoo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Use of Service
EventWoo provides an event management and ticketing platform. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. EventWoo charges a service fee on ticket sales as described in our pricing page.
5. Intellectual Property
The EventWoo platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by EventWoo and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Transmitting any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of the service
7. Limitation of Liability
EventWoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which EventWoo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of EventWoo shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
