Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EventWoo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

EventWoo provides event management services including event creation, ticket sales, QR code scanning, and organization management. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

EventWoo offers different subscription tiers with varying features and limits. Billing is handled through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

5. Payment Terms

Ticket sales are processed through Stripe. EventWoo takes a platform fee as disclosed in your subscription agreement. Payouts are handled through Stripe Connect.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use EventWoo for:

  • Any unlawful purpose
  • Fraudulent or deceptive activities
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Distributing malware or harmful content
  • Harassing or abusing others

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create on EventWoo. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

EventWoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
